In 2021, she was recognized as the youngest CMO/CGO in the Allinial Global network—a prestigious community spanning 270+ firms across 109 countries with combined revenue exceeding $6B. As Chief Marketing & Corporate Development Officer at BPM, a top-35 national advisory firm, Jessica established the company's first comprehensive marketing and corporate development function and drove transformational growth, helping scale the firm from $80M to nearly $300M in annual revenue.
Drawing on her experience in navigating rapid growth environments, Jessica founded Seed Light Ventures to help promising portfolio companies accelerate their value creation. Her methodical approach combines strategic branding, targeted market positioning, and growth-focused operations to unlock clients' full potential.
A UCLA graduate, Jessica is currently pursuing her MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management as a Forte Scholar and was recently admitted to the Kellogg Crown Family Israel Center for Innovation fellowship program, connecting students and faculty to innovation and technology in Israel.
Jessica lives in Dallas with her husband, their two children, havadoodle and halfmoon bettafish. She is passionate about advancing women in business, exploring international cultures through travel, and creating meaningful value throughout her network.
In 2025, she received the Jewish Federation of Dallas' Bess Nathan Award for significant contributions to Jewish community leadership.
